Stubs introduction needs more diagrams
In the "Better Unit Testing with Microsoft Fakes", chapter 2, Stubs, there should be diagrams illustrating the idea of interface / component isolation like the following Shims introduction has with figures 6 and 7. i.e. a diagram showing a component

Actually, figure 6 is a simplified diagram for this, and maybe should be moved into the stubs introduction as it illustrates stubs.
